I have TRC 2.11, all work fine with status but sometimes the status will not change.
Our receptionist will show "on phone" for some phones. When I look in asterisk with sip show channels I see nothing about this phone.

Any idea, issue?

Hi,
I recommend restarting the TRC. The TRC may have missed some status update events. There may also be some SIP status issues in very recent Asterisk builds.

I'll put this issue on the todo list.

Hi!

We have version 2.25 installed to different customers.

The phone status update will not ever be refreshing....

On the SIP phone the LED will be good, and in TRC status bad.

Can you fix this ASAP please. it's very diff

What version of asterisk are you using.
We haven't seen the problem you are experiencing so we have some concerns that a particular version of asterisk may be causing problems. Some early versions of asterisk 1.6 are particularly bad with respect to the manager api which Noojee Receptionist (trc) relies on.

hmm, that should be fine.

Can you post a copy of the context that you use for Noojee Receptionist as well as a screen shot of Noojee Receptionist (so we can see the missing status information). Additionally can you send a copy of the log file that Noojee Receptionist generates (its  under the NJ Receptionist install directory).

Ta,
Brett

We believe that we have identified the source of this problem (or at least one with the same symptoms) and its has been fixed in the latest release.

No, I did intend responding to this topic. I know it is an old one, but the thread lacked a resolution so anyone else viewing the thread would be uncertain if the issue was still outstanding.

Just a bit of house keeping Wink
