i spent hours trying to get the tool to work. finally i realized that it only work when Enabled is checked off

after a reboot of Asterisk, the Enabled continues to be checked off, yet the client is not actually logged in to the web console

would you consider the following features:

1. visual feedback on whether the tool is logged on. i suppose the icon itself could have some indicator, plus the dial commands should not be available (greyed out)

2. once the user checks off Enabled, the tool should continue to test if it is logged on and if not, log in again, effectively removing the need for the Refresh feature

Bahman2000,
thanks for the feedback its greatly appreciated.

The first thing to note is that there is a glitch in the 1.0 code base in that any changes to the asterisk configuration details in the Noojee Click interface won't take affect until you restart the browser! This is a real pain and its been fixed in the 1.1 branch I'm currently working on.

Next I'm confused regarding your notes the 'enable' checkbox. For the Noojee Click to work the 'enable' check box must be check on. Noojee Click 1.0 should log in as needed (and the 1.1 branch improves on the connect logic). However 1.0 does have some glitches in this area.

The visual feed back is probably not required once the login logic works correctly ala 1.1.

The refresh button is actually not doing what you expect it to. The refresh command does not actually affect the login state. Rather it causes Noojee Click to rescan the page for phone numbers. This is useful for ajax pages that can add details after the page origianlly loads. In 1.1. I know monitor for page changes so I may be removing the refresh command any way.

I suggest you look at the 1.1. beta which is attached to a page in the installation support forum.

REgards,
brett
