I could not find under which license terms Noojee Click 0.5.0 comes. The web page just mentions "Noojee Click for Asterisk is a free Firefox extension". GPL? Is the source code available, where? For instance I'd like add some functionality required in Europe.

No its not GPL. Its proprietary. Sorry.

If you want to put in some enhancement requests we are very open to extending the feature set.
