We have the Aastra 57i sip phones and the auto answer feature was working great until I upgraded the firmware, then it completely stopped auto answering phone calls.  I tried 3 different versions of the firmware, before getting back to the original one that worked.  If you need anymore information to diagnose this problem let me know.

I'm having the same issue with firmware 2.3.1.26.  Please let me know what firmware release you were able to use to have auto-answer functionality...

Thanks,
Jason

2.2.0.166 I think, I will try to remember when I'm at the office to check the number and post it.

did the 2.4.1 firmware fix this?

my aastra 57i with that firmware will NOT auto answerr from noojee click....  (linksys spa 962 works great!!)...

note: auto answer in general DOES work on the aastra, so I am thinking it's something in the code in the sip header?

2.4.0 did not, so I rolled back to 2.2 as recommended and that did fix the issue.  I have not yet tried 2.4.1.
