hi!

I have a bug to submit

A call is arrive and will be answer from noojee

When receptionist transfert a this call to phone A
and Phone A retransfert the call to receptionnist,
if receptionnist restansfert or will hold the call it will hangup.

We have seen that asterisk does not support join two local channel.
After some quick test if you add \r in the dial local it would correct this.

thanks!

Hello!

Have you any date of this issu?
We must fix it for the 15/12

I have found this for dial local:
Adding "/n" at the end of the string will make the Local channel not do a native transfer (the "n" stands for "n"o release) upon the remote end answering the line.

We are hoping to get an update out next week, which amongst other things will provide asterisk 1.6 support.
We will try and get these issues into the same release for you.

Brett

The dev team are looking at putting a fix together over the weekend.

The only problem at the moment with xmas looming we are rather hard pressed to do any serious testing until mid January.

I'm happy to post a release candidate if you are willing to try it?

Our intent its to apply bug fixes to both the 2.x and 3.x branches  in parallel for at least 12 months.

Gentlefolk,
the following links are for updated version of Noojee Receptionist which has a fix which includes support for the /r option.

We have rushed these releases out for people experiencing the problem described in this thread.

Please note that this release has only received 'light' testing. Use with caution!

The 3.0 version also has an enhancement for the issue with dtmf tones not be transmitted.

If you can provide feed back on your experiences with these released for the benefit of all that would be appreciated.

Regards,
Brett

Note: if you don't have NJ Reception already installed then you need to register on our website to get an activation code. Once you have the activation code you can use it with the above updates. Not a 2.0 activation code will only work with the 2.0 installer and same for 3.0.

sorry our dev team is on leave until the 19th.

Test with the 3.0 version as for your purposes the tests will be valid.
I will get a 2.0 version cut once the dev team is back.
