We are using Noojee FAX with Trixbox ce ver 2.8.0.  When we receive a FAX through our Trixbox PBX into Noojee and it generates an email to send to our Microsoft Exchange Server to the Desktop Outlook, (full client), the icon indicating that the message has an attachment appears to have been stripped off or not included in the Noojee generated message sent from Noojee Fax Server to the Microsoft Exchange Server. The attachment is attached to the inbox message because if you forward the Microsoft Outlook message to another email address, it does show the attachment does indeed exist. It just that the efax message in the Microsoft Exchange desktop client does not display the icon to indicate that the inbox message does have an attachment.  This happens with both the Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 versions.  If you go to the 'File' pull-down menu while in Outlook and select 'Save Attachment', it does show you the pdf file.  The attachment is in pdf format.
Thank you,
Dick

Dick,
what do you mean by 'efax' (I'm not terribly familiar with exchange/outlook).

Also can you post a copy of an email that you have saved using the 'save as' option.

My guess is that outlook doesn't like the way we have attached the pdf file. If we can get enough info we may be able to modify the attachment method to make exchange happy.

Regards,
Brett
