I am tasked with a project for my company.  What we have is a vast deployment of Asterisk boxes where some customers are trying to fax over voip (sip based channels).  I have an idea that might work to solve this though I am not sure Noojee is the correct solution.

Here is what I am thinking:
PSTN faxes to a central PBX in my NOC that is connected via PRI's.  That server converts to an e-mail then based on the DID that it was sent to, a lookup in a sql DB to send to the correct remote PBX.  That PBX then would convert that e-mail into a MGCP trunk to an ADIT 600's appropiate line which is directly connected to an ethernet port on the PBX to recreate the original fax on the customer's fax line.

If understand the requirement correctly you could do it by placing Noojee Fax on the server at each end.
At the NOC, NJ Fax converts the fax to an email with embedded tiff. The remote PBX has Noojee Fax take delivery of the email and sends it as a fax.

You would need our database routing plugin to do this and an MX record and sub domain for each remote PBX running Noojee Fax. But otherwise it should work.
